Supportive Therapy Group

Numbers in the group are limited so please call us to leave a message for Brian

7.30pm-9.30pm

The group offers those experiencing emotional difficulties including anxiety, panic and depression a safe place to share their experiences with others who cope with similar issues.

At certain times we find the stress and strains of life increasingly difficult to manage and the process of sharing experiences ,reflecting on our lives and relating to others in a group can lead to more understanding of ourselves and the fears which can limit our choices.
