Friday Gardening Therapy Group

 10.00am – 12.00pm

An informal group, everyone is welcome.  You do not need to know anything about gardening to attend.  The garden is a well-used space, used by all centre members and staff.  It is used for barbecues and events in the summer.

We will always be grateful for any plant donations





Homeopathy

Appointment only



Homeopathy is an alternative medical system that uses remedies derived from substances that come from plants and minerals. Treatments are 'individualized' or tailored to each person. It can be used to help most medical conditions. Dosages are very low and it has virtually  no side effects

Men’s Anger Management Group


Start date to be confirmed (8 sessions)


4.00pm-6.00pm At Greenwich Mind


The purpose of the group is to help men whose inappropriate expressions of anger is causing problems in relationships with others.

The group focuses on current incidents such as anger which group members present.

Gaining insight into the causes and development such incidents is used as a basis for practicing more constructive means of self-expression

Friday Women’s Development & Support Group

Weekly group run over a 15 to 20 week period.
